how we begin

One useful
first move.

There is usually one thing you would rather stop thinking about.

A presence that no longer fits. An inquiry that gets lost. A small task that keeps finding its way back to you. We can start there.

tell us which one

Fit first. Then scope. Then an invoice.

  1. Describe one thing. What happens now, who it affects and what a better day would look like. A public link is useful. Private documents can wait.
  2. Agree the first result. We confirm whether we can help and propose a bounded review or build. You see the deliverables, timing, fee, currency and responsibilities before deciding.
  3. Make it official.Once the scope is accepted, we send an invoice with the agreed payment terms. Work begins on the agreed date once any required initial payment clears.

A review can be the whole first project.

For one public presence or one repeated workflow, the agreed review can include a short conversation, a map of what happens now, three priorities and a recommended next step. The proposal identifies what we can assess with the access and information available. It does not assume that a rebuild is the answer.

What you should have in writing.

  • The specific deliverable and what is outside the scope.
  • The fee, billing currency, applicable taxes, payment milestones and any third-party costs.
  • Who approves the result, how feedback is handled and what counts as complete.
  • The schedule, dependencies, ownership, access and handover arrangements.
  • Any cancellation, refund and support terms before you accept.

No subscription is created by an inquiry. Sending a brief does not book work or authorize a charge. We do not collect card details in the contact form.

A note for the person coordinating everything

You can be the point of contact without becoming the final approver. We will name both. “Please coordinate” is not a transfer of the entire universe.
